The Brad Kaminsky Foundation is sponsoring the Eighth Annual "Heroes of Hope" Golf Tournament, Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the Lansdowne Golf Resort. 12:00 PM Lunch. 1:30 pm shotgun start. Silent auction from 3-8pm. Dinner to follow at 6:00 pm.

Saturday, April 28, 2008 was a beautiful day at the Lansdowne Resort in Lansdowne, VA as The Brad Kaminsky Foundation hosted its 7th Annual "Heroes of Hope" Golf Tournament to raise funds for brain tumor research at the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center.

Although rain threatened again, it was held off by our Angels well up until 5:30pm for a good round of golf.

This year, TBKF (The Brad Kaminsky Foundation) made a $20,000 donation to Duke's Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center and it was graciously accepted by Duke's premier research Dr. Gary Archer.

"Every dollar helps" said Dr. Archer

Alan Kaminsky, TBKF chairman and Lisa Kaminsky-Millar,President of TBKF were proud to present the check to Dr. Archer, bringing the total donation to brain tumor research to $287,000!

TBKF also kicked off the Grey Ribbon Crusade Campaign by unveiling the "Heroes of Hope" video starring many brain tumor survivors and those affected by brain tumors, Premier Doctors from Duke, Johns Hopkins and UCLA, and Marcus Washington, Linebacker of the Washington Redskins.
